Jenny Trepp
Jenny Trepp has always been passionate about real estate and design, a love sparked early on as she watched her parents lead major projects in her home country of Bolivia. That passion grew into a lifelong calling, one she now shares with her husband, Rodrigo. Together, they have brought to life more than a dozen signature developments that combine vision, creativity, and uncompromising quality.
With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, a master’s in Marketing and International Business, and over 20 years of experience in the building industry, Jenny brings both expertise and heart to every project. She believes that a home is more than walls and spaces—it is a place where materials, light, and layout work together to create a feeling. Her goal is always to design environments that connect both physically and emotionally, giving families a true sense of belonging.

Jorge Guzman is a seasoned engineer and real estate developer, investor, and senior executive with over 20 years of international experience in project management, property development, and construction. Based in Sarasota, Florida, he specializes in land acquisition, multi-family and residential projects, and the full project lifecycle from design and permitting to delivery. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Jorge is known for his strategic vision, hands-on approach, and ability to build strong relationships with contractors, investors, and city officials.
